Yes I own all three.

Joes: brightest and fastest, most transparent.
AT4051a: slower sweet transients, 90's scoop
Mc012 modded: The mod speeds them up a bit, but they are still warm compared to the others, a bit flat.

The Joes are the most hifi of these, but they may be too much in some cases. The ATs are superior to my ears vs the Oktavas but those can be nice on a strummed guitar. The KM184s are also good with strong lower mids.

I would probably start with the Joes.
