welcome to everybody that is able to give nebula a shot finally!
i'm using it for quite a while now and just want to mention
- yes, once you're on it, it's not possible to go back
- yes, it's about the commercial libraries (big quality difference)
- try the EQs!!!! there are free demos for some stuff, for example the pultec by cdsoundmaster, where you get low, mid and high boosts. i promise you - once you heard that you will know what the fuzz is about
i have to admit, nebula changed my workflow, but also in a good way. i often use eq on group tracks first, get a good overall sound and work on individual tracks later. sometimes i just need a couple of gates, filters and comps for the individual drum tracks.
console channels are a strictly offline thing, tho...
