Now where to place the treatments? probably the first thing to do is replace the shitty masonite with 3/4" plywood.. but i'm not sure where to go from there. corner traps? of course. first reflection killers? of course.
Will it be a big deal to have one "stone" wall and one wood wall? how do i treat the ceiling? how are my room dimensions?

Your room is backwards....... You want the ceiling and walls to get wider and taller at the back of the room.
