. 14 years in the valley, I know it well. One of the reasons I left my previous employer (now an extremely large and well-known networking company) and went with a startup. Had a sort of exit interview with the CEO, who wanted to know why I was leaving (as part of a torrent of senior engineers): "We're shipping crap."
