I just tried this today and it's quite fun.
Yes you can poly-chain any combination of Moog synths together: Voyager, Little Phatty, Slim Phatty, Taurus, up to sixteen units per chain.
I had one Little Phatty and two Slims chained together, could have hooked in another Slim but I was short on MIDI cables... and besides my polyphonic technique is shot from years of playing only monosynths.
