I can't ellaborate now because I have to go to sleep or I'm going to shoot a client in the head in the morning because I'm so burned out.

What I will say is there's a sibilant thing going on with the Pearlman with the no high cut switch, that really effects some voices more then others. But the hi cut mod fixes it. I know first hand, I had one the original Pearlmans without the hi cut and it worked on my voice but my voice is not sibilant. It did not work on some of my clients but now with the mod I'm using it on clients that it didn't work for a few weeks ago and it's killing on their voices now. Just awseome! No sibilance problem. I'm getting one of the best vocal sounds I've ever heard in any studio ever now.

Pearlman(hi cut in)>Pacifica>LTD-1(EQ)>1176>La2a>16X

It's sick sounding. I've been searching for so long for the right combo for what I hear in my head. Life's good!

Tube,
Call Dave and get the mod. It takes 15 minutes, my assistant took it down there and he did it while she waited. It's so worth it man and don't be mad about getting an early model, that's life, I have an early model too. Keep singing!
