Yes exactly, sometimes know as a "staging" environment. Why it's not password protected is another matter.
If it is a hoax someone has gone to an awful lot of trouble. If true what's going to be interesting is the CPU usage compared to the current 3.x Duende version.
I've long suspected the existing 3.x Duende plug-ins don't actually make use of the card for any processing, just for copy protection. Well actually I suspect the reverb still runs on the DSP.
Anyway all very curious.
