Useful room/ambience reverb from M3000, Lexicon 300, RMX 15?

I'm mixing a record next week at 16 Ton Studio in Nashville. It's a sweet set up; all tube console designed by Inward Connections, EMT 140, AKG BX-20 spring reverb, a mono Ampex 350 (tape slap!), and just about every compressor I'd want.

However, what I'm needing is a reverb with a natural "room" sound.

When I tracked the album I closed mic'd everything. The band (bluegrass/folk...think Avett Brothers) was recorded live and the room I tracked in doesn't have a great natural ambience, so everyone was baffled off.

The options I have available are a TC M3000, Lexicon 300, or AMS RMX 15. I'd like to save some time of shuffling through hundreds of patches...so if anyone is familiar with these units and knows of a preset that would be a good starting point for a room sound for acoustic instruments, I'd appreciate it.

I'm pumped up about this project, I'll be sure to post some sound samples and pictures. Here's some from the tracking session. We had a serious case of the giggles this day:
