I am learning so much about dilla.
The one string bass is awesome.
The guy's genius transcended any equipment. You could probably go into his studio, use all his equipment and it would still not sound like Dilla.

Yeah. I think he set his swing on MPC etc... way higher than most. But from the looks of the photo maybe Jay Dilla was way higher than most
