Hi Craig, good friend of Larry Dents here. In fact i was trying to hire you to play on my last project, but you were busy. I had Daryl Johnson play bass on some of it, and Larry did an incredible job playing. In fact, i was at the old studio in Oceanside before it moved. That was a nice room.... small world.

Anyway, yha, the garage is attached to the house, and i don't have sketches yet, or know how to do that, but probably need to figure that out.

I think that's the delimma i'm facing. A "mix" room or a "live" room, and maybe can't have both. Definitely more of a mix room, but also want to have enough room so i could stick a band in there to rehearse or record.
I like the partion idea. Easier to take out when you want to convert back, if you did.
