I picked one up on EBay for a mere $105, basically only $25 more than what the 2020 usually goes for. Even if it's a cheaper mic, for some strange reason I like it better than my 4040 (the high end is smoother.) As someone wrote, "Audio Technica are their own worst enemy." So true!
