Hi
The noisy location is near an auto service station, a truck loading facility, some offices and a small "client space bar". My concern is more of the sound and vibrations coming in the studio from trucks loading stuff and getting their engines repaired!
The quiet location is above a textile factory and near a deposit. Here it should be viceversa. Not leaking sounds from the studio, so I don't drive nuts the poor workers
Since I want to fit and record an orchestra, I thought it'd be better to go for the first one, (the room is higher). And allready has a "client space bar"
