API change their shiz without warning. Sometimes there are clues here and there like blue vs. silver sides. Sometimes no clue or notice at all. "Specifications are subject to change without notice."
It makes it hard to know what we are referring to when talking about API gear. They completely changed the 2500 from 3 VCAs to 4 (or vice versa?) and I have no idea what I tested. It also makes it a bit unnerving to send them something for repair...
what are they going to send back?
