In principle like the Lowcut Tone Hicut on the Decap. Solves the most problems for me.
And while we're at it, I could easily live with a Decap extended, means, the same plugin, only add the softer Juice algos, why a new Gui at all ?

Because it's not aimed at the same use.
Differerent purposes, different marketing.
And they need to make money out of it to continue bringing top-class plugins.
To me it makes perfect sense to make them separate plugins and not update to Decapitator.
