Hi,

Long time no speak!

Just a quick update. I haven’t posted for a while as its mostly boring accommodation work going on at the moment. Quick summary, all cables dropped in, more plastering going on and the entire roof being taken off and replaced. We took a bit of a gamble on the roof and hoped it wouldn’t rain while work was going on…. Its pouring down as I type! Oh well, I will check the damage tomorrow, no sense in worrying about it now as there is nothing I can do about it. We’ve also had some work in the garden done and landscaping will begin properly in the next 2 weeks once the guys have finished the roof and gutters.

On the studio side I have just gone to England and back to pick up a few new items…
First : A lovely 7 seat car with all mod cons for and bands who need collecting from the airport in comfort.
Second: vintage Tama Swingstar drum kit
Thirds: Loads of cymbals (paiste 2002 hats, paiste 404 hats, Paiste 2000 Ride, 505 Crash and some effects, splash, ufip 20” swish etc)

And saving the best for last, a pristine Fostex G24s 1” 24 track tape machine!!

mmmmmmmm analogue heaven
