Hey guys, just thought I'd get a quick opinion. I've searched GS and found that apparently it's an okay mic, if a little noisy.

I happened to find one for $300, which seems really cheap. I'm wondering if I should pick it up.

So what specifically do you like to use your VP-88 on, which seems to work better than other mics? I'm a sucker for stereo mics, but Lord knows I've got enough mics so I wonder if I should even bother? Or could I re-sell it for more than that?
