And mixing too, yes? I see a few problems:

One problem is the mix station is not symmetrical in the room. You really need to be centered left and right, and have the same type of surface on both sides for those parts of the side walls between your ears and the loudspeakers. Ideally, the entire room would be symmetrical, but with the stairs and openings that's probably not possible.

Without dimensions or photos it's impossible for me to be very specific. The square room is a problem, but maybe it's not really as square as you drew?
