I've had gear repaired at nearly every major shop in the tri-state area (dBm, EARS, etc.), and while I've had some good experiences, Sam was far and away the best. Friendly, well-informed, reasonable rates ($60 per hour)... everything you could ask for in a tech. And his shop is a fantasyland for synth obsessives like myself.
