I would wait a little while if you can. Highly probable that there will be new developments this year in the LE interface and software department... the Eleven Rack (which is also a possibility!) is a sign that there is change afoot. It may not end up being any better, but I bet that by summer NAMM you'll know what's going on and can make a more informed choice then.

That said, if you do go with a 00-series box then you can always get some different pres and use the ADAT-in to bypass pres/converters for much better quality.
