i had forgotten about this thread.

after re-reading Raven, it occured to me. What if you were to set up a work surface on a couple of horses... a table surface with an 1" or so wide slot. Stack your well jig just to the left or right of the slot, and once the glue dries, just slide the unit over so the blocks fall down through the slot?

hope this idea is not too late.
