I suspect the rather large desk (in relation to the small room) and the LCD monitors are responsible for the comb filtering.
I cannot see a way to avoid this though.
With regard to the other frequency dips: could a Helmholz absorber, tuned to both ferquencies (435 and 495 Hz) be an effective solution?
