| 1. Buy/borrow/acquire some more gear so I can record
2. Get back into college after this forthcoming quarter off
3. Get washington residency so said schooling won't cost me 15k/year in tuition
4. Lose this weight I've tacked on. Heh, at least the weight gain was fun (girlfriend and eating out and rocking)
5. Modify my Vespa a bit. I need to add a a better pipe and gearing on it, need to do further research.
6. Find a better job than current shitty calling job.
7. Modify my current apartment or find the right place to move into w/girlfriend and current roommate. I need to go somewhere where I can at least make some light noise when I want to. Paper thin walls added with me being in a "shit sandwhich" (wedged between, get this, two apartment managers) make this place not-so-good for music-making.
As far as a new place, we had a great lead yesterday, turned in apps/we all have good history and jobs/continual income/no previous strikes against us/great history and the like but were turned down because "they didn't want a house of roommates/pets" (though they didn't list the place as a single-family home and they said pets were ok, damn age discrimination). We'll keep trucking on.
There's more but that's the current list. Overall, '05 was good.
