Do you have a very thin pair of needlenose pliers? I'd try getting inside the jack to see if you can grasp the broken bit (after unplugging it from AC!) and try pulling it out.
If you pooch the jack in the process, you'll be no worse off - you can replace that next if it goes south in the process.
