Just got my free upgrade to v.4. I find I'm using (and needing) SoundToys plugs on all my mixes now. I have one vocal phrase that has decapitator, tremolator, echoboy, and panman all in sequence, and it sounds really good. Panman is a great tool but so are Echoboy, FilterFreak, Decapitator, Tremolator. They all sound so cool, and can be very natural, or totally un-natural, depending on what you want. I love this company's plugs.

FilterFreak is the only thing I've found that can fairly naturally tame guitar fret squeaks. Just use the band rejection filter and adjust to the frequency of the squeak and it works pretty well. I've tried EQ cuts, multiband compression, cutting and splicing, phase reversing the squeak and never been happy with any of the results. Filterfreak sounds better than all of those methods to me.
