We use a process called Dye Sublimation. It basically dyes the fibers to form the picture rather then printing on top of fibers. Printing on top of the fibers (like screen printing) will effect the acoustic value where with the Dye Sublimation it does not.
You can see if you have a local printer that has the machine, but warning, doing the art work is the hardest part. You can just use a low res file for it. |

Is there any kind of foam that you can spray or paint or whatever?
