REALLY Asymmetrical room.. Looking for starting points

Some of you may know that my studio flooded and so I've reconsidered my studio being in the garage (no A/C..)

So, now i'm looking to move it into the fairly small 2 bedroom apartment. I can basically put The desk anywhere in the following image, here's the blueprint:
