The passenger I saw matches my description, but I'm informed that words such as "We're going to get you" and chasing someone in a car are not considered "threats," and there was therefore nothing more to do about it.
And once again, the police system merrily lets me down.... |
How is "we're going to get you" NOT a threat?
IME police want to do as little work as possible. Unfortunately it's not about justice, it's about "the squeaky wheel gets the grease".
