Thanks! Well, actually the studio is on the 1st floor, so digging is clearly not an option

On top of the studio is a flat roof - and since it's an industrial building, there can be some sort of a second floor added on top of mine without much troubles. The only difficult part is cutting the 30cm of concrete that the ceiling is made of without ruining the LR too much. Heavy stuff, but the architect said it wasn't too much of a problem...
