I'm really sorry to hear of your situation. It's surprising that you lost your unemployment claim. In Pennsylvania, it seems like employees almost always win any unemployment claim.
This thread makes me think back to my senior year in high school when I was trying to decide what to do in life and where to go to college. My piano teacher talked me out of going for a music degree. He suggested I keep music as a passionate hobby, but do something else to earn dollars. So I got a degree in accounting / finance. Fortunatley, I love accounting. But there are days I wish I were jamming or recording instead of being tangled up in some ******** accounting pronouncement.
