I was always was under the impression, without owning one, that it's strength is being a jack of all trades. Besides that, like Ourdarkness said, the modulation options are out of this world and you can get a hugh array of crazy sounds from it. The other strength (that I feel) is that it is a modern analog sound that doesn't fit the mold of sounding vintage in my mind. So it's more distinct by being from this era of modern synths. The closest vintage synth I felt it resembled was the Xpander. But I think I'd rather have an Andy.

Oh, I almost forgot, it looks better than any other synth out there, which can be inspirational in itself.
