Also, it's not really a 2 channel unit. It's an unbalanced passive 2 channel mixing bus on the mic inputs, which then feeds a 1 channel preamp. Unless you are crazy enough to mix mics this way, you are better off bypassing that entirely and use it like the 1 channel beast it really is. You will instantly gain a bunch of S/N ratio bypassing that part.
