In filemaker you can copy one field (like the filename) to another (like the comment) by using the "Replace Field..." command in the... Records menu? It's been such a long time!

I'd strongly recommend you not use mTools, there's NetMix, Soundminer, Library Monkey... The problem with mTools is the Filemaker end of the equation is very kludgy.
