Having a good sound, obviously is great... And since first POD days I've heard extremely convincing mixes, albeit metal with TONS on overdubs etc.
Its the feel, the reaction to stricking the string that never convinced me.
I'd like to hear (and play on!) a bluesly-near-valve-break-up model.
