I read somewhere that Maudio had released a second edition of the Keystation Pro 88, with improved key action. I emailed Maudio tech support and they said that this upgraded edition started shipping out around 4-5 months ago. Has anyone tried this newer version, and has the clunky action of they keys improved at all? I'm looking for an 88key controller with nice and smooth action (i.e. Roland RD300, Yamaha S90, Triton LE), and with plenty of assignable sliders/knobs (i.e. the aforementioned Maudio). Don't need onboard sounds. Although it seems that the only really nice 88key boards with decent action are ones that also have on-board sounds, thus inflating the price. Any advice/comments would be appreciated.
