Don't ya just love when you send someone an email and you have, let's say, 3 questions that you ask....and then they reply with only an answer to the
last question.
Then you send another email with 2 questions...and they only answer the last question (actually the second question from the first email).
Then you send one more question and they either don't answer it or ask, "didn't I already answer that?"
