Thanks for your replies!

I'm actually talking about places I've tracked and places my buddies track. These are open room with gobos and thr band wouldn't really need headphones. Almost NO bleed between tracks (all condensers and tube mics). How is it possible??? How can i learn to do it?

Totally baffeled by baffles!
