Yes; I like good bridges (unless it's an uptempo dance tune or rap in which case it's not necessary). Hard to explain, but without them it feels like the story hasn't been completely told; just feels like there is something "missing"...and the song didn't cover all bases.
But bridges are so 20th century, the craze of the 21st century is going to be interludes.
