I've got a project coming up in about 5 weeks, where I will be tracklaying in Pro Tools, but the mix will be completed on AMS Neve.

The mixer has experienced problems in the past with the translation of OMF files from Pro Tools; as apparently the AMS Neve misses information from the Pro Tools OMF (such as fades).

I've been reading up on the Solid State Logic Pro Convert software as a solution. Does anyone have any experience on this software, and sending sessions between Pro Tools and AMS Neve? Or is there a particular way you should manage your sessions so OMFs translate correctly? Also, is there any difference between the PC and Mac versions? The mac version is nearly a £100 cheaper here in the UK!
