I will probably get flamed, but I don't think it's worth it. What are you looking for? warmth? I would probably get a high-end colorful preamp instead or perhaps better converters, that will give you more 'palpable' results without the terrible hassle analog is.
If you have the time and the curiosity, go ahead. Enjoy thumbsup
