This song shows some potential, but IMHO as a producer, I think you could have pushed it a little more. I think the song lacks "edge" and not just from a production standpoint. The formula for this kind of girl-pop is: create something that sounds like everything else, but is just slightly different. I was waiting to hear the "slightly different".

I think you could even leave her vocals as is, and just run some more compelling instrumentals underneath. That'd do it for me.
