I've found it useful with just a little bit of drive and the blend set around 3 or 4. It may feel like you're not getting your money's worth because the compressor it barely triggering but the second you press bypass you want to turn it back on immediately. When I use it in this application I think of it as a transient shaver that also brings the low level energy of your mix up. I don't want to mislead anyone in saying that it sounds like analog tape but the added 2nd harmonic distortion feels very familiar.

Exciting stuff.
Wonder how the price is gonna hold up in Europe (tends to double, on a good day)
