Philip, the Rycote undercovers have become my go-to lav mounting accessory for COS-11. Maybe even as much as 90% of wardrobe gets it, but it's irreplaceable on flat, one-coloured T-shirts and other thin materials, as it makes no irregularities on the surface, and therefore, no shadows. The only other accessory that gets pulled out more or less regularly is the vampire clip for the TR-50 (I don't dig the CS-11 vampires). It is go-to for more ornamented wardrobe like uniforms, raincoats, jackets, period costumes etc.
