I never look back
it took my some time to clear system completely,
but now after installation (which is about 12 minutes)
I got about 96Mb of used RAM for XP services
XP installation is about 1,2 MB on my HD
and runs smoothly (there are no media players, video creators etc..)

you can kill so many irrelevant services, programs,
XP is like sport car now
