NAMM, Anaheim CA. NonLinear Software Inc. today announces the world premier of a new software application called "appOmator" that will make it easy for bands, artists, and anyone else with a creative idea to quickly and cost effectively design iPhone Apps to promote their albums and other products or services. appOmator will be demonstrated at NAMM, Hall A, Booth 6912 at 11AM & 2 PM daily (beside macProVideo.com).
The appOmator software lets you drag and drop images, video, and audio files to create a multimedia presentation you can then output as your own custom iPhone App. Of note, the software lets you control how your application looks - there's no templates or set design styles. Create custom menus with buttons that link to tracks with audio, video, images, and chapter index markers for seamless playback of your albums, DJ mixes, or other multimedia presentations.
Designed by Martin Sitter (founder of software tutorial-video vendor macProVideo.com), the appOmator software promises to be a full-featured development tool that allows artists with no programming background to easily created custom iPhone Apps. According to Martin, "At macProVideo.com we have a huge user base of audio producers. I discovered many of these people wanted to release their albums and other projects on the iPhone, so I created a software application to make it easy for then to realize this dream."
With the appOmator software, you can design your iPhone App on your Mac, then upload your finished project to the appOmator.com website for processing into a finished iPhone App. For a small fee you may then either download your app and post it to the iTunes App Store (Apple Developer Account required) or choose to have appOmator.com host and manage your app for you.
Designed specifically for artists and other people with no computer programming background, appOmator.com provides a simple and efficient way for you to get your albums and other art out on the iPhone. For more information, visit the company's website at
