i actually have to write ableton about this, since it was really wondering me aswell. besides that, as i said: everything is "usually" synched, no matter how much latency the plugins have. i work with live since 4 years and synching is surely a big strength of ableton.

so if you freeze/flatten the tracks dont sync?
