I would not assume an imaginary cost for studio designing. Services provided by us can range from an advisory function to full blown architectural drawings. It can range from on site supervision to an Internet or phone service.
Perhaps someone geographically near you could PM you offering their services? A quick search of their postings here shows up the good guys pretty quickly.
