I own a GS3000 32/8/2 in Mint condition!
Fantastic desk for the money. decent pres on each channel and same with the eq
The 2 Valve pres are superb (they also have a Hi z guitar/bass DI switch which sounds lovely)
Were you the designer of the GS3000 Mike?
Is there any truth in the rumour that A&H were losing money on each GS3000 they sold as they didn't want to cut corners on componants / quality etc.
I also own a ZED 420 which i use for live work, are the preamps the same on that mixer as on the GS3000? they certainly sound the same as does the EQ (all barre the Q points)
CANNOT WAIT FOR THE R24
I might (gulps) actually sell my GS3000 to aquire one
