Yes. I use it on my Prophet 5 and it is beautiful. You have to turn the synth output down as to not overload the input and it works like a charm. Extremely versatile pedal. The vibrato is also great. The really cool thing about the Red Witch is the ability to change to character of the pedal with the voice dial. It changes the time offset, or something of that nature, and alows the pedal to go from clean, sterile and noise free all the way to super lush, juicy and noisy. It covers all ground in between with a little tweaking. It is not cheap at 300 bucks but worth every dime.
