That's the sound of the Roland SDD-320 Dimension D, Boss DC-2 Dimension C, certain modes on the Roland SDX-330 Dimensional Expander, and the Behringer clone of the DimC - as well as the Fromel Seraph/Lush pedal.
I don't have any experience with the Behringer - I've used the DimD and Seraph - and I own the DimC and SDX-330.
I agree that their characteristic sound combines well with 1st-gen Yamaha FM - it can sound amazingly vintage 80s or quite modern.
