yes...I was on the same journey once, many many years ago, and a little paperclip told me of the combination of the CONTROL, C and V keys, being helpful for such tasks. I found the keys with the aid of a trusty set of eyes and fingers, and it spend up my quest considerably. And then I saved my game.
